Stema comunei Ramna, potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite.

În câmp albastru se află un taur de argint, sărind spre dreapta.

n șef, în câmp roșu, se află două crenguțe de tei cu flori de aur, așezate spre dreapta și spre stânga.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate:

Teiul simbolizează flora specifică zonei.

Taurul evidențiază una dintre principalele ocupații ale locuitorilor - creșterea vitelor.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
