Summary
[edit]Lt. Quentin Roosevelt, the son of Theodore Roosevelt, seated in a Nieuport 27 fighter plane while serving in France during the World War I. Quentin was a pilot in the 95th Aero Squadron, part of the 1st Pursuit Group. On July 14, 1918, he was shot down behind German lines, over Chamery, by Sgt. Thom, a German ace with 24 victories.
