Description
English: The gasket that allows the "floating lid" of a variable volume wine tank to be seal shut to prevent oxidation of the wine. This allows the tank to accommodate whatever volume of wine is in the tank without additional headspace/ullage.
Français : Mise en place d'une chambre à air qui permet au chapeau flottant d'une cuve à volume mobile d'être fermée complètement et de prévenir l'oxydation du vin. Cela permet à la cuve de recevoir n'importe quel volume de vin, sans espace en vidange.
