Summary

[edit]
Description March 3, 2013 - We ventured far to the northeast corner of the state (Alexandria MO...Andy is from Alexandria VA, go figure) to witness our first Evening Grosbeak. We thank Joyce and Larry so much for the joy! Purple Finch and other birds were added treasures of the experience. It was 16 degrees! Marc Lund was a fellow fun adventurer on this trip. Taking photos of a life bird is like taking photos of your first baby - you take tons...of every move they make...and make over every gesture, no matter how small, and you refuse to get rid of any.
