Description
English: The dissolution of Komintern made a chance for CPC to design their own flag. On spring of 1945, CPC set up a Commission to collect proposals for party flag, and the finalist of 230 pieces displayed at the Seventh National Congress of the CPC. Later the Central Committee Political Bureau meeting held in Yan'an Yangjialing formally identified that the style of party flag should be: length and width ratio of 3 to 2, the upper left corner shows the hammer sickle in yellow and without five-pointed star, flag background is red. This picture contains the flag proposals that were rejected, and was made accroding to historical official documents.
