English: Clipping from the March 22, 1869 edition of the Raleigh Daily Standard showing proclamation of outlawry for Lowry Gang members of Robeson County issued by Judge Daniel L. Russell on March 5. Below is appeal for aid by Robeson County Sheriff Benjamin A. Howell and offer of reward by North Carolina Governor William Woods Holden.
