Description
Français : Prince Français. Dessin d'Isabey et Percier, gravure de Simonet, pour les costumes du Sacre de Napoléon Ier. Fac-simile du "Livre du Sacre", Paris, 1805. Scan.

Selon le titre III (article 9, de la Famille Impériale, de la Constitution du 28 floréal an XII), les membres mâles de la famille de Napoléon portaient le titre de Prince Français.

Légende: Habillement d'un prince français: Manteau, habit et culotte de velours blanc; le manteau et les broderies semés d'abeilles d'or; la plaque de la Légion sur l'habit et le manteau. La cravate de dentelle; le grand collier et la grand'croix de l'ordre. Chapeau de feutre noir, orné de plumes blanches; ganse en diamans. Souliers de soie blanche, grodés d'or; la rosette de drap d'or.
