Description
English: This is a colorized image of Prince De (Demchugdongrub), the leader of Mengjiang (Mengkukuo), a Japanese puppet state in China from during the Second World War. This picture used another photo hosted on Wikimedia Commons as a base (De Wang uniform.jpg). Since this area of China/Japan was taken over before 1945, the base falls under fair use, since the photo is from before 1941.
