Description
English: United States Mint medal for Mint Director Robert E. Preston. Designed by Mint Engraver Charles E. Barber (signature under bust in small print C E BARBER F (F for facit, Latin for "made this")
Date 1893. Confirmed here. Note that it may have been struck later, Mint medals were commonly restruck depending on demand until most older non-presidential medals were taken off sale in 1985.
