Deutsch: Auf der Tafel steht die dazugehörige Information zu dieser Gleisabfangung wie folgt:

"Gleisabfangung Typ 'Dresden'

Zur behelfsmäßigen Sicherung von Baugruben im Bahndamm können Gleisabfangungen eingebaut werden. Die zu sehende Bauform ist für Normal- und Schmalspurgleise (750 mm) geeignet und kann für eine Baugrubenlänge von bis zu 4 m genutzt werden. An der Entwicklung war maßgeblich Herr Dr.-Ing. M. Kümmel (1929-1995), langjähriger Abteilungsleiter, Brücken- und Prüfingenieur der Rbd Dresden beteiligt."
