Slovenčina: FMZ - centrum obchodu a služieb.Investor: Suxxezz s.r.o. Na sídlisku Sekčov, vedľa hypermarketu Kaufland, spoločnosť Queen Investment do decembra 2010 odovzdá do užívania nákupné centrum FMZ - Fachmarktzentrum. Pôjde o objekt s 10-timi väčšími predajňami, každá so samostatným vstupom priamo z parkoviska, s celkovou predajnou plochou takmer 6.400m2 |

V prvej fáze bol postavený hypermarket Kaufland, v druhej obchodné centrum FMZ, a podľa zverejnenej vizualizácie je pravdepodobné, že v tretej fáze sa vedľa FMZ postaví aj väčšia predajňa s nábytkom.
