| Description |
English: View of the Hofplein with the premises of restaurant C.N.A.affected by the German bombing of 14 May 1940. Loos at number 15a-c and on the right the railway viaduct with behind it the stump of the Blue Mill. As a result of this bombing, the center of the city has been largely destroyed.
Nederlands: Gezicht op de door het Duitse bombardement van 14 mei 1940 getroffen Hofplein met het pand van restaurant C.N.A. Loos op nummer 15a-c en rechts het spoorwegviaduct met daarachter de stomp van de Blauwe molen. Als gevolg van dit bombardement is het centrum van de stad grotendeels verwoest. |
