English: U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Jason Belcher, a flight engineer with the 538th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron, performs a preflight inspection of the rotor of an Afghan air force C-27 Spartan at Kandahar Airfield, Kandahar, Afghanistan, Oct. 25, 2011. Inspections ensure the plane is ready to perform the mission safely.
