Description Praia de Silgar, Sanxenxo. Praia en forma rectilínea, situada no núcleo urbano de Sanxenxo, bordeada polo paseo marítimo e a vía rodada que a separa das edificacións de primeira liña de praia. A súa orientación respecto ao poñente e a súa situación abrigada convértena nunha das praias máis soleadas e cálidas da ría. Praia de area branca e fina, con augas tranquilas, propicias para o baño e os deportes náuticos: vai a, motonáutica e windsurf (con límite de 200 metros á costa). Zona de fondeo de embarcacións. Nas inmediacións áchase o Porto Deportivo de Sanxenxo. Tradicionalmente vén sendo unha das praias máis concorridas de Galicia, situada no núcleo máis representativo do turismo de sol e praia na rexión.
