English: David Yurevich, an environmental specialist at the hazardous materials yard operated by Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contractor Fluor, shows Patrick LeBlanc, AFSBn-Bagram contracting officer’s representative for safety and environmental, the equipment used to filter and store used fuel that will be transferred into drums and then taken to the solid waste incinerator for use as a supplemental fuel source. This recycling effort has resulted in a cost savings of $6.69 million since early 2010 at Fluor operated sites.
