Description
English: Satrirical poster, locality- Henderson. Designed by John Harvey, a commercial artist. Shows Paul Groshek, proprietor, Muaga Vineyards, wearing Salvation Army cap. Collected from Paul Groshek's shed by Dick Scott." (col.card) Material- card, paint, brass. Colour- Blue background with colour illustration. Decoration- Hand painted colout illustration of a man being hit in the eye with a large cork he has dislodged from a bottle of "Plink Champagne". His Salvation Army hat has been knocked off. He has dropped his opener. these teo illustrations have been die cut and were previously mounted to blue base. The blue base has a brass coin glued to it with come white type below it. (cat.w-sheet)
