Postcard, Berlin Koenigstrasse at the Alexanderplatz Bahnhof, 1926, looking east towards Alexanderplatz. the advertising space reads Die Gute MASSARY Zigaretten which were made in Berlin by the Schlochaer family. Subseaquently taken over by Reemtsma and shut down the next year, although the name was still used by Reemtsma. Allegedly named after an actress Fritzi Massary <a href="http://cigabox.de/zigarettenfabriken/massary-cigarettenfabrik/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">cigabox.de/zigarettenfabriken/massary-cigarettenfabrik/</a> The locomotive is probably a Prussian T11 2-6-0 tank The tram is on route 61 to Steglitz Stadtpark |
