English: A 1697 shilling of William III minted in Bristol, probably Spink 3506.

Obverse:- Bust of William III facing right, legend around 'GULIELMVS III DEI GRA'

Reverse:- Four crowned shields arranged in cruciform pattern around a centra axis. Legend 'MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX'. Date is worn but probably 1697.
