Description |
English: Post Medieval cast copper alloy asymmetrical buckle frame. The frame has one oval and one rectangular loop, a narrowed strap bar and bevelled edges. It is 24.7mm long, 18.9mm wide, 1.9mm thick and weighs 2.42 grams. Whitehead (2003) page 90 no.562, illustrates a very similar example which he dates to c.1575-1700 AD. |
