Public domain This work is in the public domain because it is a work published by the Government of the Republic through the gob.mx portal under the terms of use and conditions of gob.mx in the chapter “Intellectual property” in force since 2013 through March 16, 2022: “The information on the portal is public unless otherwise indicated, in which case before reproducing it, you must observe if it has reserved rights and respect them in terms of the rules relating to copyright and industrial property.
