| Description |
English: Today i had the privilege of viewing and photographing the wonderful work of artist Zabou in North London..I wasn't invited ,her work is on display for all to see if they wish and was created to raise awareness for the homeless people due to the current Covid 19 pandemic. Although a lot was done to help the normally homeless people a lot of transient people lost their jobs in London and elsewhere due to cafe restaurant hotels closing many couldn't apply for help from government and lost their rented accommodation along with their incomes and were stranded abroad due to no airlines well you get the picture...
I am by no means an expert on this subject Very sad.. Anyway i am sure you will agree that Zabou has done an amazing job on these pieces of art.. I believe the idea was formulated by "Through Arts We Rise" a non- profit community group with the goal of socially engaging creative people through arts in raising awareness and support towards human rights issues. I will try and find information about the subjects in the murals and add it to the images: I would like to personally thank Zabou for her fantastic achievement and for all the other wonderful pieces of art she has contributed around our city.. |
