Description ‘Sebastián Cardona es un niño de 10 años con Artrogriposis múltiple congénita al que la Policía de Infancia y Adolescencia de Cali le cumplió un sueño. Todo inicia cuando en el evento de la celebración del día mundial de las enfermedades raras, Catalogada como una de las enfermedades huérfanas este grupo de la Policía conoció la historia del niño y decidió cumplirle su sueño de conocer a los jugadores del Deportivo Cali y poder entrar a los camerinos del equipo de futbol, además de recibir por parte de todos un balo firmado por cada uno de los jugadores y la camiseta original del equipo del cual es hincha. Sebastián quien quiere ser arquero de futbol cumplió su sueño y agradeció a los uniformados por esta labor.’
