Description
Svenska: Minnessten över övningsfältet Polacksbacken i Uppsala. Minnesstenen avtäcktes på Polacksbackens dag den 15 maj 1982 av Carl XVI Gustaf inför Polacksbackens upphörande som militär förläggningsplats.

Text på separat metallplåt: Uppsala garnison reste stenen med bidrag från Polackbackens historiekommitté Uppsala kommun, Uppsala universitet och Uppsala läns landsting. Stenen från Långtibble gård, Vänge, Uppland. Skänkt av prins Gustafs stiftelse.
