[edit]| Description | 9 апреля 1998 года на Народной площади состоялся митинг трудящихся и безработных города Переславля в рамках Всероссийской акции профсоюзов «За полную выплату заработной платы». Принята резолюция, которая требовала решить социальные вопросы: дать стабильную работу и достойную заработную плату каждому россиянину, погасить долги по заработной плата до 1 июля 1998 года, а остальные задолженности до конца 1998 года, дать законодательную защиту прав и интересов трудящихся, добиться обязательной отставки президента Ельцина. — Лозунг на плакате: «Не отдадим землю — возродим Россию».
