Description
English: Plaque on the grave of British artist, playwright and author Constance Smedley (1876-1941) in St Lawrence's churchyard, West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK.

The wording reads: 'Remembering Constance Smedley author 1875 1941 IN DEO CONFIDO' The plaque is also inscribed with a Star of David, in the centre of which are the words NOW & HERE; and with a quote from 'Abt Vogler' by Robert Browning:

"On the earth the broken arcs,

In the heaven, a perfect round."
