Description
English: Plaque about Elanora on the Rockingham Waterfront Pioneer Rotary Walk in Rockingham, Western Australia. It reads,

"Elanora

Was built in 1927 for James Bell Jnr and his second wife Edith (nee Ramsay). They were married on the 16th Sept 1903. They had three children from this marriage. James died on the 2nd December 1927. He was Rockingham's first motor fatality. Edith lived at "Elanora" until her death in 1954."
