New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina: Plantation Coffee House is on some of the highest land in this Mid-City neighborhood of Navarre. Some people parked their cars here in hopes of avoiding flooding, but waters topped their cars nonetheless. Note how flood waters shifted cars around, pushing some into eachother.
