Description
English: Colonel Bernard R. Lindstrom, Pittsburgh District Engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will transfer leadership of the Pittsburgh District to Colonel John P. Lloyd during a traditional military Change of Command ceremony Friday, July 29, at 11 a.m. at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum located at 4141 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
