Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_78137_20210519_11560401jpeg Notes: כיכר המייסדים היא כיכר במרכז פתח תקווה שנקראה על שם מייסדי העיר ונבנתה במקום בו נחפרה הבאר הראשונה של המושבה ובו נחרש התלם הראשון על גבעה בתחילת ההתיישבות של מייסדי פתח תקווה בקיץ 1878 בתחילת דרכם התגוררו המתיישבים באוהל וחיו במשך חצי שנה חיים משותפים ללא בני משפחותיהם שנשארו ביפו ובירושלים בתי היישוב הקיפו את מרכז המושבה מארבע כיוונים במרכז נמצאו האורוות הרפתות והגרנות הכניסה הייתה דרך שערים שבהסגרם היישוב היה מוגן ומבוצר
