Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_71217_20200817_215424.jpg Notes: בניין משטרת באטאני עquotש כפר ערבי קטן קרוב נמצא מצפון לבאר טוביה. הוקם על ידי ממשלת המנדט ב 1936 כהגנה למושב באר טוביה נגד פורעים ערבים. בתחנה פעלו שני שוטרים בריטים ושניים ערבים וגם יחידת רוכבי הסוסים. כשעזבו הבריטים את הבסיסים והמשטרות ב 1948 השתלטו כוחות גבעתי עליהם כמבצרים מבטון שחלשו על סביבתם. המשטרה הראשונה שנתפסה בדרום הייתה משטרת באטאני. היא נתפסה עquotי אנשי באר טוביה. לבסוף הגיעו אנשי גבעתי שהשתלטו על המבנה והציוד . וויקיפדיה המבנה שימש לאחר קום המדינה כבסיס צבאי אך ננטש גם והוזנח.
