Description

About a day south of Pichilemu.

Curtis pointed out that the lovely lupine in the foreground is the invasive California species Lupinus arboreus. It does behave like an invasive weed, covering entire plains of dunes from top to bottom, where nothing else will grow. Sigh, so beautiful and sweet-smelling, but apparently quite botanically undesirable...
