Description Of the Ericaceae that abound in the meadows on the north bowl of Hyalite Peak, Phyllodoce empetriformis is marked by its bell-shaped pinkish corolla and alternate leaves. The glandular hairs may come from a distant parentage involving Phyllodoce glanduliflora.
