Description

Mark Simmonds, British Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (second from left), meets with representatives of the local population in Otobora, a town located in the Walikale territory, North Kivu province, in the eastern regions of the D. R. Congo. Mr. Simmonds travelled to the area together with MONUSCO Chief Martin Kobler (in grey suit) and UK ambassador to the D.
