El excelentismo Sr. D. Eduardo Barriobero y Herranz, diputado a COrtes por Madrid, ha dirigido la presente carta al autor de “Locparelbell” que a continuacion publicamos:
Madrid, 1° de Enero 1915.
Sr. D. Francisco Avalos,
Mi querido amigo: Me apresuro a contestar la carta que acaba usted de enviarme.
El que usted diga que “Petrolio Gal” no cura la calvicie, no es delito ni hay Tribunal en España que pueda admitir ni cursar una querella fundada en esto hecho, tan arbitrariamente calificado de coaccion, de injuria o de calumnia.
Aviselo asì a los que, amparados de tan oficiosa amenaza, tratan de retirarle sus anuncios de periodicos, telones o carteles y dispongase a exigirles con energia el cumplimento de los contratos que le hayan firmado.
Tal vez, vistas las cosas con una severidad de criterio que no encaja en nuestras costumbres y que abiertamente rechaza la vida social, fuera la Casa Gal la que con usted comete coacciones punibles.
