English: Personnal coat of arms of the grand-duke Konstantin Nikolaievitch (1827-1892), given for the Strelna palace, after the 14 march 1858 decree (number 32871 in the collection of imperial laws) :
“ Личный герб Его Императорского Высочества Великого Князя Константина Николаевича. Для Стрелинского Дворца.

В лазуревом щите серебряная стрела и таковой же якорь, положенные накрест и сопровождаемые в главе щита золотою, о пяти лучах, звездою; на серебряном крае щита восемь червленых, с золотыми семенниками и шестью зелеными нижними листками, роз. Щит увенчан шлемом Св. Благоверного Великого Князя Александра Невского, украшенным древнею Царскою короною. Нашлемник: возникающий Государственный Орел, на груди которого щит с гербом Московским, окруженный цепью Ордена Св. Апостола Андрея Первозванного, и на крыльях Орла восемь гербов: Царства Казанского, Царства Астраханского, Царства Польского, Царства Сибирского, Царства Херсониса Таврического, Царства Грузинского, Соединенные гербы Великих Княжеств: Киевского, Владимирского и Новгородского и герб Великого Княжества Финляндского. Щит окружен цепью ордена Св. Апостола Андрея Первозванного. На зеленой рутовой короне (взятой из герба Ее Высочества, Великой Княгини Александры Иосифовны) девиз: «прѧмо и вѣрно», написанный золотом.
