Description
Interlingue: Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales, North Catalonia, Roussillon, France), Saint-Jean-Baptiste cathedral, in the northern apsidiole Saint Peter reredo carved at the very beginning of the 16th century, in flamboyant Gothic style. It was offered by Bishop Louis Habert de Montmor and the canons to commemorate the transfer of the episcopal seat from the Romanesque cathedral of Elne to the Gothic building in Perpignan.
