Русский: Бывшая площадь "Народной мести" в Свердловске. Вдали Харитоновский дворец. На площади находился Ипатьевский дом (улица Карла Либкнехта, дом №49), где в ночь с 16 на 17 июля 1918 года без суда и следствия большевиками было совершено убийство всей семьи царя Николая Второго и его спутников. Такое название площади сохранялось на официальных планах города до Второй мировой войны. English: People's Revenge Square - this means the name of this area on the official maps of the city of Sverdlovsk in the early years of the Bolshevik regime.
Then on the square was situated Ipatiev house, where on the night of 16 to 17 July 1918 without trial the family of Tsar Nicholas II and his entourage had been killed by Bolsheviks.
