English: Penn Street, Rochdale, Lancashire In the drastic rebuilding of Rochdale that went on in the 1970s many old streets would disappear or be changed out of all recognition. This is Penn Street, a steep hill that connected Baillie Street to the top part of Yorkshire Street. |
