Description
English: Copper alloy penannular brooch with turned back spiral terminals (now partially broken). Fowler Type C, dating between the 1st century BC right through to the 3rd century AD. A very similar example was found at Silchester (Fulford & Timby, 2000, p336, fig. 154, no. 79).
