Description

  • The Pavilion's internal walls (shown here) are adorned with shells collected by school children around the country, and the ceiling is decorated with pine cones from the four National Botanic Gardens of Scotland - Edinburgh, Benmore, Dawyck and Logan.
  • Designed by the architect Lachlan Stewart and horticultural staff at the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh, 'The Queen Mother's Memorial Garden' has as its focal point this stone pavilion.
