Description
Side A: Athena to left, between two Doric columns, aegis with scale-pattern and snake-border; shield with device of a wheel in white. Two inscriptions. Side B: Four athletes engaged in the pentathlon. Done C. in Athens. The beauty of the body belongs to the exhibition, in the MARQ. Form leaves from the permanent exhibition of the British Museum.
