English: Brazilian navy Rear Adm. Wilson Pereira de Lima Filho, left, with the Combined Force Maritime Component Command (CFMCC), speaks to U.S. Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, the commander of U.S. Southern Command, during a CFMCC brief at the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and U.S. 4th Fleet command center in Mayport, Fla., Aug. 14, 2012. Fraser observed part of Panamax, an annual U.S. Southern Command-sponsored joint exercise series that focuses on ensuring the defense of Panama through live and simulated training scenarios off the coast of Panama and locations in the United States.
