Jan Dvořáček (* 30 November 1825, Dobruška - 29 June 1898, Teplice) was a Czech academic painter, teacher, founder of the glass school in Kamenický Šenov and its first director from 1856 to 1885.

Čeština: Památník Janu Dvořáčkovi v místě, kde stával jeho rodný dům (v Dobrušce v Opočenské ulici č.p. 23/b). Ve tmavě žlutém skleněném útvaru je nápis: „V těchto místech stál dům kde se narodil akad. mal. Jan Dvořáček zakladatel sklářské školy v Kamenickém Šenově 1825 – 1898“. Památník věnovala Dobrušce sklářská škola v Kamenickém Šenově v roce 1965. Byl obnoven v listopadu 2015.
English: A memorial to Jan Dvořáček in the place where his birth house used to stand (in Dobruška, Opočenská Street 23/b). In the glass deep yellow material is the Czech text: "In these places stood the house where the academic painter Jan Dvořáček (1825 - 1898) founder of the glass school in Kamenický Šenov was born ". The memorial was donated to Dobruška by the glass school in Kamenický Šenov in 1965. It was restored in November 2015. |
