Čeština: Pamětní deska na vnější fasádě domu na adrese: Praha 1, Letenská 526/2, Malá Strana. Na desce je nápis: „Za těmito okny žily až do své smrti sestry Ludmila Soukupová (*5.1.1912) a Marie Kovárníková (*16.2.1914) / Paravýsadku ANTHROPOID, rtm. J. Gabčíkovi a rtm. J. Kubišovi, předávaly zásadní informace o denním programu a pohybu R. Heydricha. Ty jim na toto místo osobně doručoval pracovník správy Pražského hradu František Šafařík. Při pozdějších výsleších na Gestapu jej statečné sestry neprozradily. Byly zavražděny v KT Mauthausen 24.10.1942“.
English: A commemorative plaque on the external facade of the house at Prague 1, Letenská 526/2, Malá Strana. There is an inscription on the plaque: "Sisters Ludmila Soukupová (*5.1.1912) and Marie Kovárníková (*16.2.1914) / To Parachute ANTHROPOID, rtm. J. Gabčík and rtm. J. Kubiš, passed on essential information about the daily programme and movements of R. Heydrich. They were personally delivered to this place by František Šafařík, an employee of the Prague Castle administration. During later interrogations at the Gestapo, the brave sisters did not betray him. They were murdered in the Mauthausen concentration camp on 24 October 1942." |
