The Eight Oak Trees at Palibrčki Grob

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The eight oak trees at Palibrčki Grob, in the vicinity of Ivanjica. The legend says that Empress Milica, the wife of Prince Lazar of Serbia, planted nine oak trees to commemorate her nine brothers who perished at the battle of Kosovo (1389.). One tree was thunderstruck and perished, while eight still remain today.
