Description
English: "paint back!" is a performance in public space by Austrian artist Markus Tripolt together with job seeking youngsters. Kiosks at the Meidlinger Markt in Vienna ready for being demolished are painted all in white (October 2013) and later colorful (in spring 2014), before they are going to be finally destroyed.
Deutsch: "paint back!" ist eine Aktion des österreichischen Künstlers Markus Tripolt gemeinsam mit arbeitssuchenden Jugendlichen, bei der abbruchreife Marktstände am Meidlinger Markt in Wien zuerst weiß (Oktober 2013) und dann bunt (Frühjahr 2014) angemalt werden, bevor sie abgerissen und durch Neubauten ersetzt werden.
