Description
Deutsch: Histologischer Schnitt einer Osteodystrophia deformans der Tibia: „Verplumpte Knochenbälkchen. Unregelmäßig verlaufende Kittlinien mit entstehender Mosaikstruktur. An der Grenze zu den Markräumen stellenweise vermehrtes Osteoid, dem vergrößerte und stellenweise auch zylindrisch umgewandelte Osteoblasten aufsitzen. Daneben Riesenosteoklasten mit zahlreichen Zellkernen, die zum Teil in kleinen Resorptionslacunen gelegen sind. Markräume insgesamt stärker vaskularisiert.“
