English: Textile coating: 3.9 mm strong foam layer onto cotton fabric made from 'mechanical' polyurethane dispersion foam (by stirring). Foam density = 0.3 g/l. Add-on weight = 530 g/m2. The foam has an open cell structure with very fine pores towards the open surface. The dispersion used was a 60 % solids PUD, dried at 150 deg C. The coating was made by the technicum plant at Bayer MaterialScience AG, Leverkusen. |
