English: U.S. Army Maj. Paul Bollenbacher of Wyckoff, New Jersey, Provincial Reconstruction Team Farah Civil Military Operations Center director, writes down information gathered from members of a local Kuchi tribe residing in Bawka district in Farah province, Afghanistan, June 12. Members from PRT Farah visited three villages in the district to gather information on the needs of the village residents and to promote the importance of seeking government assistance to help resolve those needs. The Kuchi Tribe is a nomadic group, where constant travel and new settlement is a way of life. They are considered to be one of the smallest ethnic groups in Afghanistan.
