Description

La fameuse villa « L’Étrille » et « Les Goélands » sur la digue de Bernières sur Mer. Elle fut libérée par les soldats du Queen's Own Rifles of Canada de la 3rd Cdn ID le 6 juin 1944. Voir ce site : www.normandie44lamemoire.com/bernieres-sur-mer/ Cette villa apparait dans plusieurs films tournés par le Canadian Film and Photo Units, voir ici: www.flickr.com/photos/mlq/4033743435/ Voir ici un montage: www.flickr.com/photos/mlq/4976553372/ Des témoignages de 1964, voir le film: Bernières et Saint-Aubin se rappellent: les films ont été malheureusement encodés !
